Local candidates.   Taking inbound calls from customers across the country Promoting and selling client's products and services using a structured sales methodology Using several computer based tools for research and order placement Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty Building and maintaining strong customer rapport Converting inbound/outbound calls into sales Retail Sales experience will also work.
