Keys to Success:Most essential for success in this role is to maintain a great team attitude, demonstrate passion for your work, and the willingness to learn.Start and stop Kittner packer as requiredFeed trays as requiredFeed glue as requiredInstall film as requiredComplete Downtime Sheets as requiredComplete Operator Check list as requiredStart and stop Krones palletizer as requiredDo not fix case or stacking problems, start hand stacking ASAPComplete Downtime Sheet as requiredStart and stop Krones film wrapperInstall film as requiredIf film wrapper is not working properly, continue to run and hand wrap pallets immediatelyEnsure that production goals are met Quality Control Functions:Complete Operator Checklist as requiredCheck bottle day code for correct time and dateCheck tray day coder for correct time and dateCheck for correct labelCheck for correct tray, make sure tray and glue are available at all timesCheck for correct film, make sure film is available at all timesCheck for correct and undamaged/usable pallets Machine down Function: Contact Supervisor ASAP on all machine issuesMake sure bottles do not jam on in-feed lanes, log on Downtime SheetMake sure trays are present on incline feed chain, log on Downtime SheetMake sure all jams are cleared in packer, inform Supervisor of reoccurring jams, log on Downtime SheetsIf palletizer is down, do not repair. Start hand stacking ASAPAlign pallets on outside of oven out-feed conveyor, must be prepared to hand stack at all times House keeping and GMP's:No bottles on floorNo bottles under machinesNo preforms on floorNo preforms under machinesFloor must be cleanMachine must be clean Air conveyors must be cleanAll control panel doors must be closed, report to Supervisor otherwiseArea must be neat and organized at all timesNo personal items in plant (i.e., coats, sweaters, cell phones etc.)Must wear Niagara issued shirts, hats and coats Clothing must be clean and neatFinger nails must be clean and neatMust wear hairnet in plant at all times Do not leave area until Supervisor has completed inspectionHigh School diploma or GEDMust be able to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
