We are presently seeking an IT Supervisor for our Jamaica, NY operations (located near JFK International airport). Job Summary: To support the local Customer Service Center (CSC) with all related Information Technology (IT) applications, systems, hardware and local databases. Additional IT duties as primary liaison for AA Meal Order Processing. Responsibilities:Supporting Operational Business• Responsible for Supervision of CSC IT personnel with regard to daily operational meal ordering and production reports.• Responsible for the information flow in the CSC(s) - Lead Production Control• Collaborate with CSC operations and lean management to create and maintain local master data (workstation assignments, ready times, run rates, etc)• Ensure and oversee CBASE / SAP process compliance• Update and communicate all daily operation information in a timely, accurate, and user-friendly manner• Act as CSC's primary liaison to Program Management for central data issues resolution• Act as CBASE Super User and participate in the CBASE Super User Community • Validate customer specifications & schedules• Streamline operational processes and improve quality of deliverables• Participate and support Lean initiatives• Ensure Airline Flight Attendance Comment Feedback program is in compliance and accurate dispute information is given and received from internal and external customer.Supporting IT and Total Infrastructure Outsourcing (TIO)• Ensure CSC is compliant with all Information Technology policies and procedures including TIO • Processes• Support the procurement/purchase of all IT materials• Interacts with internal end users and IT on all levels to help resolve IT related issues and provides • answers in a timely mannerLeadership• Ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed• Ensure CSC IT processes are documented and followed by IT staff• Guide, motivate and develop employees
