Operations Support Representative 1 - Pre-SortResponsible for transferring mail from the machine to mail trays in order to prepare for shipment. Preparation includes:•   Batching mail by zip code.•   Ensuring trays are properly tagged.•   Keeping pace of the machine to avoid purge mail.•   Reviewing rejected mail pieces.•   Moving full trays weighing 50-60 pounds to conveyor with correct identification.•   Cleaning and sweeping work areas.•   Troubleshooting and reporting damages on the machines.•   Must be able to stand for entire shift.Machine Operator 1Role and Responsibilities:Operate production machinery to accomplish required tasks of processing payments, producing statements, and/or producing plastics for Citi customers.• Set up, operate, and maintain basic machinery• Meet production goals and standards• Perform quality checks during machine operation to insure proper function• Complete production/productivity logs• Prepare appropriate process documentation• Escalate issues or concerns to appropriate contactMachine Operator 2Role and Responsibilities:Operate production machinery to accomplish required tasks of processing payments, producing statements, and/or producing plastics for Citi customers.• Set up, operate, and maintain basic machinery and replace machine consumables• Meet production goals and standards• Perform quality checks during machine operation to insure proper function• Complete production/productivity logs and reconcile production data• Prepare appropriate process documentation• Interface with vendor field engineers• May train newly hired employeesNo Relocation Available.**NOTE** The information listed within this description summary is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work.
