Job Responsibilities: Order, receive, store, inventory, issue, package, and ship material to variouslocations in support of maintenance and supply operations? Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to fulfill the daily work requirements ofloading/ offloading material transport vehicles, storage, picking and inventory? Complete maintenance, supply and administrative forms? Responsible for accurate database records and file system? Responsible for compliance with GDLS ISO procedures. Performs shelf life surveillance management as required. Receive,store,and issue equipment, tools and material.Compile stock records in stockroom warehouse or storage yard as required.Count, sort and weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices. Store items in bins or in storage aids according to location assignment.Fill orders or issue supplies from stock. Perform periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock.Move or transport material or supplies to other locations by way of HME or truck.Perform all duties and/or tasks in accordance with ISO procedures.Actively engaged and promoting a work place free from environmental health and safety related hazards including training and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment as deem appropriate.Formulate reports, construct speadsheet reports and consulidate feeder reports as required.
