We are a family-ownedbusiness looking for a hard-working, hands-on individual withchocolate industry and/or food manufacturing experience, whois mechanically-inclined by background, has significant careerexperience on the production floor, and who has the drive, ability,and experience to lead and grow a 10-person operation. Relevantexperience should include confidence in specification, installation,and operation of food production and packaging machineryincluding, but not limited to, chocolate enrobers, flame-basedcooking apparatuses, water-jacketed mixing and melting devices,and single-piece packaging equipment.
