Must be able to maintain a clean work environment. Ability to communicate effectively with leads and co-workers.  Willing to adhere to all safety procedures and follow all OSHA guidelines. ( Lathe experience would be helpful but not required) Inspect parts per print using measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Calipers, Thread gauges, Bore gauges, Pin gauges, and Depth Micrometers.  Key Requirements: 5 years of experience as a machinist in a job shop or production environment. 2 or more years editing programs, adjusting cutter comp, Tool Offsets, RPM & Feed Rates. and adjust program Details such as X-Y-Z locations. 1 or more years in a Lead or Leading role position. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficient with basic math skills and conversion to metric system. Familiar with Probes would be helpful. Must be well organized with strong attention to details.
